Membership questions
Is the children's app really free?
Yes. The lessons, games, stories and audio in the child app are free and ad-free. A membership only covers printable worksheet packs for parents.
How does the Starter limit work?
Starter includes 5 different worksheet packs per calendar month. Re-downloading a pack you already opened this month does not count again. The count resets on the 1st of each month.
How do I cancel?
Open 'Manage billing' on this page or in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What is not included?
Physical board books and the future live lessons are not part of any membership.
What if my card fails?
Downloads pause while the payment is unpaid and we show a notice with a link to update your card. Once the payment succeeds, access returns immediately.
Can I buy just one worksheet?
Yes. Every pack can be bought on its own, with no membership.
