How to Request a Refund
Purchases are sold by Lynaris Consulting LLC and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:
- Email us at info@lynarisconsulting.com with the email address used at checkout and your order details, or
- Reply to your emailed Stripe receipt — it contains your order reference, which helps us locate and refund the payment faster.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days.
What Happens to Your Download
When a refund is issued, access to the refunded digital worksheet(s) may be revoked. Please delete any downloaded copies of refunded worksheets.
