These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Lynaris Consulting LLC ("we", "us"), trading as FilipinoKids.com. By creating an account or otherwise using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
FilipinoKids.com provides educational content for children learning Filipino. The app is free and ad-free for children. The app provides educational content and does not guarantee fluency.
Parent Responsibility
A parent or legal guardian must create the account, manage child profiles, and supervise app use as appropriate for the child's age. By creating an account you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if creating it on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.
Child Accounts and Profiles
Child profiles are created by the parent. Children sign in with a parent-created username and PIN. Children may not use the parent-facing shop or payment pages.
Free Learning App
The core learning app is free to use, with no ads and no in-app purchase prompts shown to children.
Optional Paid Worksheets
Worksheets are optional digital downloads sold to parents. They are licensed for personal, single-family or single-classroom use. Users may not copy, resell, or redistribute paid worksheet PDFs.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not: use the service unlawfully; engage in fraud or spam; infringe intellectual property rights; introduce malware; probe, scan, or scrape the service; or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to access.
Intellectual Property
All curriculum, worksheets, audio recordings, artwork, and software are owned by Lynaris Consulting LLC or its licensors. Admin-recorded curriculum audio remains the property of Lynaris Consulting LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
User Content
If a feature allows you to submit content, you grant Lynaris Consulting LLC a limited license to host and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will result in any specific level of language proficiency.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynaris Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules, including attempts to bypass child-safety controls.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the version number above and the effective date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
